1.) The accommodation provider accepts reservations through its online reservation system and by e-mail.
2) The Accommodation Provider send a written offer to the Guest's written request for an offer. The Accommodation Provider will be no longer bound by the offer if the Guest does not receive a declaration of acceptance of the offer (order) with the same content (order) or a 30% advance payment of the accommodation fee within 72 hours of the offer being sent.
3) The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the Accommodation Provider. The contract shall enter into force on the date of sending the confirmation and the payment deadline shall be 72 hours from the date of sending the confirmation.
4) The contract shall be deemed to be a written contract, the invitation to tender, the offer, the order and the confirmation shall form part of the contract.
5) The contract shall contain the following details of the Guest/Contracting Party and the booking:
- Name of the Guest/Contracting Party,
- Name and address (registered office),
- telephone number,
- e-mail address,
- arrival and departure date
- number of nights
- number of arrivals (adults, children under 18 years)
- name of apartment
6.) The cottage can be booked for a minimum of three nights on weekdays and two nights on weekends in the low season, and for a minimum of three nights on weekdays and weekends and a maximum of 30 nights in the high season. The guest house reserves the right to apply a longer minimum stay in certain periods.
7) Verbal orders/reservations, amendments, agreements or verbal confirmations by the Accommodation Provider shall not be deemed to be contractual.
8) The accommodation provider is entitled to stipulate conditions in his offer that differ from these general terms and conditions.
9) If the Guest leaves the apartment before the expiry of the contractually agreed period, the Accommodation Provider shall be entitled to the full amount of the contractually agreed price of the service.
10) The Accommodation Provider is entitled to resell the apartment vacated before the expiry date.
11.) Any extension of the accommodation service initiated orally or in writing by the Guest shall require the prior written consent of the Accommodation Provider. In this case, the Accommodation Provider may claim the full price of the services already rendered and may make the extension conditional upon the fulfilment of this condition.
12) The contract may be amended or supplemented by the Guest and the Accommodation Provider jointly in writing.
13. A 10% handling fee will be charged for reservations made with the SZÉP card and cancellations made afterwards.
Cancellation:
1) On the day of arrival, a penalty of 100% HUF will be charged.
2.) On the 1st - 14th day before the arrival date, the penalty is 30%.
3) Cancellation free of penalty until 14 days before the day of arrival.
4) Date changes are possible free of charge, subject to availability and current prices.
14 Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers may be redeemed subject to availability and prices. A surcharge applies for special periods or extra services.
Gift vouchers purchased are transferable free of charge but cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
