General provisions

2.) The general terms and conditions do not exclude the right of the Accommodation Provider to provide the service of accommodation either under these general terms and conditions or under the terms and conditions of the Accommodation Provider general terms and conditions, or to derogate from these general terms and conditions, in whole or in part to enter into a contract with a tour operator for the provision of accommodation services on terms and conditions which differ in whole or in part from these General Terms and Conditions, organisers, legal entity clients, individual entrepreneurs.
Contracting parties

Conclusion of the contract
1.) The accommodation provider accepts reservations through its online reservation system and by e-mail.
2) The Accommodation Provider send a written offer to the Guest's written request for an offer. The Accommodation Provider will be no longer bound by the offer if the Guest does not receive a declaration of acceptance of the offer (order) with the same content (order) or a 30% advance payment of the accommodation fee within 72 hours of the offer being sent.
3) The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the Accommodation Provider. The contract is concluded on the date of the confirmation of the accommodation provider. The contract shall enter into force on the day of sending the confirmation.

6.) The cottage can be booked for a minimum of three nights on weekdays and two nights on weekends in the low season, and for a minimum of three nights on weekdays and weekends and a maximum of 30 nights in the high season. The guest house reserves the right to apply a longer minimum stay in certain periods.
7) Verbal orders/reservations, amendments, agreements or verbal confirmations by the Accommodation Provider shall not be deemed to be contractual.
8) The accommodation provider is entitled to stipulate conditions in his offer that differ from these general terms and conditions.
9.) If the Guest leaves the accommodation definitively before the expiry of the period stipulated in the contract, the Guest shall be entitled to withdraw from the accommodation. The Accommodation Provider shall be entitled to demand the full amount of the contractually agreed price for the service of the contractually agreed amount.
10) The Accommodation Provider shall be entitled to resell the room vacated before the expiry date.
11.) Any extension of the accommodation service initiated orally or in writing by the Guest shall require the prior written consent of the Accommodation Provider. In this case, the Accommodation Provider may claim the full price of the services already rendered and may make the extension conditional upon the fulfilment of this condition.
12) The contract may be amended or supplemented by the Guest and the Accommodation Provider jointly in writing.
Withdrawal from the contract
1.) If the Accommodation Provider has not specified any other conditions in his offer, the the Guest has made a written request to the accommodation provider by 30 days prior to the arrival date specified in the contract. 30 days before the date of arrival. Prices

Payment method, booking guarantees
1.) The Accommodation Provider shall request payment for the services provided to the Guest no later than 3 days after the booking, if the period between the booking and the date of arrival is less than 90 days.
2) If the time between the booking and the arrival date is more than 90 days, the Accommodation Provider shall be required to pay an advance payment. The deposit is 30% of the total price of the accommodation and must be paid within 3 days from the date of booking. The balance of the accommodation fee is due 14 days prior to arrival.
3) The Accommodation Provider will issue the invoice in HUF.
4) The Guest may pay the accommodation fee or the deposit by bank transfer, online credit card payment or SZÉP card.
5) In the case of bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed with the Accommodation Provider, the Guest shall transfer the amount of the ordered services to the bank account of the Accommodation Provider before the date of arrival, in such a way that the amount is credited to the bank account of the Accommodation Provider by the 2nd working day after the date of reservation.
6) In the case of online payment by credit card, the website of the Chalet offers its guests a secure credit card payment solution provided by Stripe. Security is based on the separation of data. 7) Any costs incurred in connection with the use of this payment method are the responsibility of the Guest.
Conditions of use of the accommodation:
1) The Guest may occupy the apartment from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

2) The Guest shall leave the apartment with his/her luggage and personal belongings brought to the Guest House by 10 a.m. on the last day of the stay as per the contract.

4) Pets can be accepted for an extra cleaning fee. Extra cleaning charges may apply.

1.) The Accommodation Provider is entitled to terminate the accommodation contract with immediate effect and thus refuse to provide the services if:
a) the Guest does not use the accommodation or the facilities provided for the purpose for which they were provided,
b) the Guest fails to comply with the safety regulations and rules of the accommodation provider, behaves in an objectionable or rude manner, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engages in threatening, abusive or other unacceptable behaviour,
c) the Guest is suffering from a communicable disease,
d) the Guest fails to meet the payment and advance payment obligations laid down in the contract by the specified date
2) The contract between the parties shall be terminated if its performance becomes impossible due to force majeure.
Rights and obligations of the Guest
1.) Under the contract, the Guest is entitled to the use of the apartment and the facilities of the accommodation for the intended purpose, which are included in the normal scope of services or which have been agreed by the parties in the contract and are not subject to special conditions.
2) The Guest may lodge a complaint regarding the performance of the services provided by the Accommodation Provider during the stay in the accommodation. The Accommodation Provider shall examine and deal with any complaint submitted to it in writing during this period.
3) The Guest's right to lodge a complaint shall cease after his/her departure from the Guest House.
4.) The Guest shall pay for the services ordered in the contract by the date and in the manner specified in the contract.
5) The Guest shall ensure that any person under the age of 18 and/or incapacitated under his/her responsibility stays in the Guest House only under the supervision of an adult.
6) The Guest undertakes that the person under the age of 18 under his/her responsibility/supervision will not consume alcohol on the premises of the Guest House during his/her stay.
7.) The Guest shall not use the equipment, facilities and services of the Accommodation Provider The Guest shall not use or make use of the Guest's equipment, facilities and services.
8.) The Guest shall be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Guest, his/her companion or a person or animal under his/her supervision to the Accommodation Provider or to a third party.
9) The Guest shall also be liable in this respect if the injured party is entitled to claim compensation for the damage directly from the accommodation provider.
If the amount of the damage exceeds HUF 5,000, the Guest shall pay the amount of the damage to the Accommodation Provider within 5 working days.
10) The Guest shall not connect any electrical device other than household electronic equipment to the mains (charging of electric cars/bicycles is not allowed).
Rights and obligations of the accommodation provider
1) The Accommodation Provider is obliged to provide the accommodation and other services ordered in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards.
2) The Accommodation Provider is obliged to investigate the written complaint of the Guest and to take the necessary steps and measures to remedy the complaint.
3.) The Accommodation Provider shall provide information about the Guest's stay in the guesthouse to third parties, including the Guest's close relatives, only with the Guest's prior written consent. This prohibition to provide information does not apply to requests made on the basis of the law.
4.) The Accommodation Provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the equipment, facilities, etc. of the guesthouse.
5.) The Accommodation Provider shall not be liable for any personal belongings left in the common areas or apartments of the guest house.
6.) The Accommodation Provider shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury caused by other guests of the guest house to the guest and/or to a person under his/her supervision.
Settlement of disputes
The parties to the contract shall settle any disputes arising in connection with the performance of the contract primarily by amicable means. If amicable means are unsuccessful, the legal relationship between the contracting parties shall be governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. Any dispute arising out of the service contract shall be settled by the competent court of the place where the service is provided.
