Dear Guests!

Thank you for choosing Vaskúti Chalet. Please note that by submitting your reservation you acknowledge the rules of the house rules.

As of 1 April 2021, we are obliged to transfer the personal data of our guests to the National Tourist Information Centre by scanning their documents. Please send your identity document before arrival. In case of refusal to provide the document, we regret to inform you that your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

A Check-in is possible after 16:00 on the day of arrival. The accommodation must be departed by 10:00 on the day of departure. If bookings allow, we are of course flexible regarding arrival and departure times. Prior arrangement is essential!

As we do not live in the accommodation, we cannot always hand over the keys personally. Therefore, we will send you arrival information by e-mail, indicating how the keys will be handed over.

In all cases, any damage caused will have to be compensated by the guest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house! Electric cigarettes are not allowed indoors! There is an ashtray on the terrace. Please use it!

Parties and events are not allowed, please do not make loud noises, respect the nature and the peace of the neighbours!

Garden fire pit and barbecue are for your own use at your own risk.

Use of towels and sheets in the sauna is obligatory at all times.

No food or drinks allowed in the sauna! Only water mixed with essential oil may be poured on the sauna stove. The sauna and the plunge tub may be used at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use.

Any damage caused by improper use is the financial responsibility of our guests, who must in any case pay for the damage directly.

If you are bringing a pet, please note that the accommodation is fenced off, but due to the difference in level, the fence does not reach the ground in places. Keep an eye on your pet at all times.

Please pick up any dog waste before leaving.
